Which aspects do you think makes a person unique?

I mean let’s face it, I believe ALL humans are unique. We just have to take a little time, I mean spend some real quality time with an individual and you’ll find that one special thing that makes them stand out from the others.

To me, a person with self confidence, not arrogance, is so attractive. You don’t have to be the best looking, the prettiest but if you have self confidence, you definitely stand out (imo).

Compassion. That is right up there amongst confidence. If you can love the homeless, the addict, the disabled and the low man/woman on the totem pole just like you love the CEO, the President, the Govenor, the judge, the Mayor you my friend are a very rare breed and you win the ultimate prize in my book. We need more of you in today’s society.

The entrepreneur. I have a few of these in my life. I love watching them as the wheels spin in their minds…on to the next creative adventure. Although they struggle, they hide the fears and the challenges. They continue on, often rerouting and pursuing whatever they creatively choose to do. Success is often looked at thru binoculars and it often appears as greed. However, in my opinion, I believe success comes with much sacrifice and although I don’t have that experience, I admire the entrepreneur’s determination and grit.

The single mom/dad. Now this is one that I can relate to. I look back on life and through all of my mistakes, I admire what I was able to accomplish as a single parent. Single parents, at least single parents who take the role as if it were the position of The President, is one that is admirable. One in which the mind works for the betterment of the family. One who often does without in order to see to it that the children have what they need and often want.

These are just a few generalization of people that I find unique. Who do you find unique? Who do you see that inspires you to beat to your own drum?
